Consignment Agreement *

I understand that this arrangement is by consignment and that Outlet will collect 50% of profits made from any sales of my product(s). I understand that Outlet uses PayPal to disburse profits and that I will need to provide a PayPal email address or ID in order to get paid. I acknowledge that I have read through the Print Club webpage and understand and agree to everything therein. I understand that I am responsible for letting Outlet know of any changes to my artist info, payment info, or product descriptions. I also understand that this application does not guarantee my participation and that my participation in this Print Club can be terminated at any time by Outlet or by myself.
